            In the event that you have been enrolled in our program for 120 consecutive days and we have been unsuccessful at achieving
            at least one deletion, you will be entitled to a refund of 100% monthly fees, minus the Audit & Analysis Start Up Fee, if:

            • You have been paying your bills on time and have not had new collections, missed payments, defaulted items or derogatory remarks added to your credit file while in our program.

            • You have at least four negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up.

            • You have maintained credit monitoring during your time in our program without any interruption.
