Prior to starting credit education and document processing services, you MUST sign a client agreement along with the following:

Document preparation and credit education. We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information contained on your credit reports.
We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.
You will forward to us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will assist you in further correspondence with those agencies.
Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.
1. If you are in an active BANKRUPTCY, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR OUR SERVICE. You CAN continue the enrollment process if your bankruptcy has been discharged or dismissed.
2. Tri-report credit monitoring is required the entire time you are our client. You will be required to maintain an active credit monitoring subscription, which is an additional monthly cost of $19.95 - $39.95. depending on which monitoring plan you chose. If your monthly credit monitoring services becomes inactive or cancelled at any time during the process, you will be dismissed as a client. This reporting is required the entire time.
3. Our program requires a minimum commitment of 6 to 12 months of on-time payments. If you are behind on your bills, not able to bring them current, and/or cannot commit to paying on time the entire time you are in the program, please do not sign up for our services. Late payments will work against any results we would try to produce; therefore, we cannot guarantee any results under that circumstance.
4. Our credit repair approach requires a collaborative effort. You must be willing to participate by following the action plan we create together to get results. Complete credit restoration may require you to pay down balances and/or use financial resources to clear up old debt. If you are not able to do so, please do not enroll in our program.
5. Payments: Your initial enrollment fee will be charged once the analysis/audit report has been created and sent to you. Your first monthly payment will be due 30 days after the day you sign up. EXAMPLE: If your audit is completed on January 4th, the payment will be processed after the audit has been completed. Your first monthly installment payment will be processed on the 4th of the next month on February 4th and each 4th of the month until you graduate from the program. You will be charged every 30 days on the anniversary of your signup date. We charge in the rears; each payment covers the work that was previously done.
6. Chargebacks are PHROHIBITED and YOU will be fully prosecuted. We want to work with you. If you are having a problem paying, please contact us right away. BEFORE THE DUE DATE!
7. Your onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of portal activation.
8. Serious Credit Solutions, LLC does NOT guarantee any deletions, credit scores increase, or specific timeframes in which results will be achieved. This is against the law. Serious Credit Solutions, LLC does guarantee that we will work diligently on your behalf, we will follow the laws that govern credit repair, remain compliant and do everything we can to help you achieve your goals.
